About Me

Hi there, I’m Kajol!

I’m a 25-year-old gal with a major in Finance & Marketing and a minor in Global Sustainability from the University of Virginia’s, McIntire School of Commerce. I spent the last three years of my professional career working in Management Consulting at a boutique consulting firm. I am now looking forward to serving two years in the Economic Development sector of Peace Corps Namibia where I’ll get to work with local entrepreneurs as I try to integrate into a brand-new culture and community. I expect to grow a lot over these next couple of years as I take on the many challenges and opportunities that I know will be thrown my way.

When I return, I hope to be a stronger, brighter, and more worldly version of myself. I’ll look to merge my two worlds together – the finance and business professional I’ve been growing into since college and the service-oriented and global individual that I expect to uncover more of during my time in the Peace Corps. I believe there is a lot of impact and stories to be changed in the overlap of those two worlds and I am honored to get to work towards that goal.

You’ll always find me with a smile on my face and a drive to do more! Thanks for tuning into my blog, I hope you’ll find it interesting.
